Here's how it works: Three elementary schools will be awarded with a large perpetual trophy

What to do: Implement a care project(s) of your choice which involves the children.

Submit a completed application on or before April 28th at 4:00 p.m. to the SACK office: 220 Deininger Circle, Corona CA 92880 or email: szink@kidsarefirst.com.

Evidence of the project(s) and student involvement (photos, videos, display board, storybook of the project, etc.)

Letter from your principal recommending your school.

The SACK Board will review the applications and the winners will be announcedin May 2017. Details of the announcement will be given at a later date.

Criteria:

• Involvement or connection to caring & kindness
• Enhancing the school or community environment
• Originality

NEW THIS YEAR! - There will be 5 monetary awards.

• 1st Place: $1,500
• 2nd Place: $1,000
• 3rd Place: $500
• Runner Up (2): $250
